6. Payment and Subscription

Billing: By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refunds: We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our support team at leo@nobanan.online.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI IMAGE EDITOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Image Editor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
